Welcome to Day 3 of My Favorite Things Summer School! Today we are learning about:
Movement/Flow - The arrangement of the elements on a card to create a sense of motion by using lines, shapes, forms, and textures that cause the eye to move over the design. Creating a visual triangle with sentiment, paper, and focal point is a great way to show movement as well!
Here is the card I created using this design principle:
To create my card I die-cut my balloons out of the colors I painted and set them aside to dry. My background is also watercolor paper painted using the MFT Berrylicious re-inker. I had fun making this card!
I hope you will create a card using today's lesson and who knows you just might win a fantastic prize! Be sure to visit the MFT Blog to see the full lesson and to see a list of all the MFT designers playing along today! Thanks for stopping by and get busy on that homework!
