Two of the dearest people in my life are expecting, and as you can already tell from the title of my post have had Baby Girls. One of my closest life long friends LeAnn and her hubby just welcomed Baby Samantha this week. So, I bought a baby themed clear acrylic stamp set by Hampton Art at Michaels on Tuesday so I could make welcome baby cards. This set is so cute and I know I will use it a ton. The DP is from Paper Trey, and the card stock is SU Cameo Coral. I used my Janome Sew mini to create the "quilted block" effect. I stamped the baby bundle on the DP so that I could paper piece it to add dimension and color to the stamped image. I am so happy with the way this card turned out and can't wait to send it to LeAnn! Thank you so much for checking out my blog today and have a great week!
Oh Ronnie, this card is as sweet as can be! I love your quilt look and that stamp image is precious. I seriously need to get out that Janome sewing machine that I bought in January and haven't used yet, although it is set up and ready to go. Thanks for the inspiration:))
