Fun Friday With Your Next Stamp - Summer Fun!

            

Well, it is the last Friday of May, and I am happy to be joining a handful of my fellow YNS design team members for Fun Friday with YNS!

Our theme for May was Summer Fun, and I was excited to ink up my favorite flamingo from the YNS stamp set "Flamingo Fred".

  I had so much fun making my card! I used the YNS "Puffy Cloud die set" and a flower that I turned into the sun from the "Whatnot Seasons Set One die set". My sentiment is from one of our new clear photopolymer stamp sets "Happy Day Sentiments".

The Play Date Cafe Challenge # 184 - Hello Sunshine!

    Hello and welcome to The Play Date Cafe! This week we have a nature inspired color story featuring these colors:

Smoky Plum, Cherry Blossom, Lava

                     This is what I created using this weeks color story:

               

I sponged an embossing folder with 3 colors, and ran it, and a piece of white card stock through my Cuttlebug. I believe this is called the "letter press" technique. The "hello" was created using a sheet of cork board and a hello die, both from Papertrey Ink. The "sunshine" sentiment is also from PTI.

Avery Elle May AEI♥U Challenge - Celebrate!

    Hello! It has been quite awhile since I played along with the AEI♥U Challenge, and the inspiration picture was just too pretty to pass up!

I decided to use the colors, and patterns in the picture as my inspiration.

    To create my card I used the Avery Elle stamp sets "Celebrate" and "Petals and Stems". I accented the petals, and leaves using pigment ink, and a blender pen. And as a final touch I added Crackle Accents to give them a touch of dimension.

Papertrey Ink Blog Hop - Tenderness Of Heart

              

                 

   Hello! I have had a CRAZY busy day, but I wanted to play along with this months PTI Blog Hop because I heart flowers, and this was the perfect challenge theme for me! I used this color pallette:

   To create my card I used the new set Ruby Rose, and one of my favorite PTI sets that I really need to use more often, Simply Jane. I stamped the frame, sprayed it with adhesive, and added Diamond Glitter from A Muse Studio. The chicken wire is from  PTI Farm and Barn Background Basics.

          Here is what I created using this weeks color story:

I used my brand new stamps from Papertrey Ink, Ruby Rose. I SO love this set! As you can see from my picture I accented my flower centers with the CTMH button pearls. I LOVE that they have sticky backs, which make them super easy to use!

YNS May Release Blog Hop!

   Here is what I created for today's hop!

To create this card I used the brand new set "Skye". This set is just SO adorable! If you look closely you will see that I added detail glitter to her wings using a glue pen, and Diamond glitter. I created a pink "ombre" background using an embossing folder from Lifestyle Crafts. Now for my second card:

I used the super sweet set "Birds On A Wire". Seriously, over-loaded with cuteness on this one! I also used the YNS Fence die and Clouds to create this card.

Tasty Tuesday With Your Next Stamp!

  Hello and welcome to Tasty Tuesday with YNS! This month we have a super yummy inspiration photo featuring spring inspired cupcakes! Here is the card I created for today's Tasty Tuesday:

 What can I say, I LOVE YNS metal dies! To create my card I used the Cute Bike die set, Puffy Clouds die set, Spring Garden die set, and a banner from our Banner/Fishtail die set. Whew! and a sentiment from our brand new line of clear photo polymer stamps, Happy Day Sentiments stamp set:

I used washi tape from My Minds Eye, and a rosette from Recollections.

   Let me tell you a little bit about the card I created for this weeks PDCC challenge!!

I used two of my all time favorite stamp sets, Rosie Posie, and the Step Two Rosie Posie shading set from PTI. The sentiment is also from PTI. I built and layered my bouquet on a stamped grid background using a mini background stamp from Stampabilities. I just love this card, and I hope you like it to! This is what I created with this weeks color story!

I used the A Muse Studio Wood Grain background stamp, and K and Company butterflies that I sponged using Peach Fresh Ink. I used my Perfect Layers tool to mat my wood grain layer. Next I added a sentiment from Papertrey Ink and finished off my card with a button and twine.
