Happy Fall - Playing Along With CAS-ual Friday!

Oh my goodness it has been a long time since I played along with the CAS-ual Friday Challenge, and since today's challenge involves using kraft card stock, I couldn't wait to play along!

To create my card I used Paprtrey Ink stamps, Mum's The Word, and Text Background Basics. I used Fresh Ink, and A Muse Studio ink to stamp my flower. My favorite Mums are the burgundy and orange two tone Mum's, so naturally I stamped my Mum using those colors. I just love the way it turned out! I used my Perfect Layers tool to give mat my card base.  I'm happy you stopped by today!

Fun Friday With YNS And A Farwell

   Today I am playing along with Fun Friday with YNS for the last time as a design team member. I made the tough choice to step down and take a breather. Karen has some fantastic stamp and dies coming up this fall so you will definitely want to check out the September release in a few weeks! To create my card I used the August Release stamp set "Surprise"

Hello Sweet Baby - Mama Elephant Photo Inspiration Challenge

I'm on a roll! We are finally settled in after moving jobs (Husband), and to another state. It took awhile for my craftiness to return, but it seems to be back in fill swing and that makes me happy! Today I am playing along with the August Mama Elephant Photo Inspiration Challenge. Here is the beautiful picture:

             I created my card using the Mama Elephant stamp set "Nusery Deco".
I used a background stamp to stamp my black striped accent strip, and my patterned paper is from a Martha Stewart pad I have had for ages. I used my Stampin Up wood grain impression folder to emboss my white card base. I am happy you stopped by!

Avery Elle AEI♥U August Challenge - Purple Passion

Today I am playing along with the August Avery Elle AEI♥U Challenge.

Here is this months sketch:

      To create my card I used two Avery Elle stamp sets, "All Occasions Tags", and " and "Petals and Stems". I chose, bright bold colors for my card, and if you look closely you will see that I stamped the large flower on the right side of my card several times using Latte ink by A Muse Studio. I used a piece of burlap, and my Cuttlebug to create my embossed centerpiece. My patterned paper is from the Baby Jane collection by Cosmo Cricket. Papertrey Ink August Blog Hop - Woodgrain

Hello hello! Back again with a card I whipped up this evening for the Papertrey Ink August Blog Hop. I used this beautiful color combo and sketch:

To create my card I used the Papertrey Ink stamp sets Cutting Garden, Farm and Barn, and Think Big Favorites #2. I added lines of stitching to give my card a little more dimension. I just love the way it turned out! I'm happy you stopped by and I hope you have a wonderful day!

Papertrey Ink Stamp-a-faire - Tea Staining Technique

     Hello! I am a little late to the party, but I spent a good part of yesterday playing with my little boys, and just didn't get a chance to spend much time in my craft room. So I am here today to show you what I created for the Papertrey Ink Stamp-a-faire "Tea Staining" challenge.

Fun Friday With Your Next Stamp - We Click!

     Hello! Friday is here once again, (yay), and that means Fun Friday With Your Next Stamp! This month we have a sweet sketch:

   I modified it a bit so that I could use one of my favorite YNS dies, The Insta-Love Poloroid Die and stamp set!

        My papers are from Echo Park. I also used the small YNS Film Strip die to accent my card in place of brads.

Playing With New Stamps!

     I could NOT wait to play with my new WPlus9 stamp set "Dockside", and decided to give another try playing along with the 10 Minute Craft Dash Birthday Challenge. This card came together in a snap, 8:25. 10 Minute Craft Dash # 23 - Go Wild!

  Howdy! I have had the "Go Wild" A Muse Studio stamp set for a few months, and finally found a great reason to use it, the 10 Minute Craft Dash Birthday Challenge!

 First, let me say, Happy Birthday! I always enjoy playing along with this one, and I plan on being around a lot more to join in the challenges. It took me 9 mins and 43 seconds to create this card. I was cutting it close with the stitching but I just had to, so excuse a few un-even stitches, I was in a hurry!  I had a fun playing along, and I hope you like my card!

Sending Hugs - Stamping Therapy

      Hello!  Today I decided to take some time, and just stamp. I saw this weeks Papertrey Ink Make It Monday and decided to play along by creating a stamped background. I used three of the Fruit Fusion sets, lots of ink, and the PTI Aida Cloth impression plate. I also used the Photo Finishers stamp set and matching die.
