An Eek-Tastic Halloween!

When I first saw the Pure Innocence stamp set I thought it was cute, but I also knew I wanted to make a Halloween card using it. Lets face it, clowns have long been used as a way to scare the heck out of adults and children for decades! I'm not really scared of clowns, but I have seen some pretty creepy clowns that I wouldn't want hiding under my bed. Take a look at my cute, not scary clown:

See! Not scary! I colored my cutie using Copic markers, and the Grape Jelly background was created with a water brush and Grape Jelly ink that I smooshed onto a plastic surface. I hope you have a fabulously fun, and not scary Halloween! Thank you for stopping by!

Christmas Card Stash Building With Lawn Fawn's Hedgehugs

This is the time of year when I pull out all of my very favorite Christmas stamp sets and I start to build my Christmas card stash. I usually make 2-3 cards of a particular design. By the beginning of December I'll have a sweet stash of cards to send out to family and friends! This year I started off the season with one of my favorite Lawn Fawn stamp sets - Hedgehugs.

I used the Lawn Fawn Christmas 6 x 6 paper pad that was released last year.

I colored my hedgies using Chameleon Pens, and the dies I used are from My Favorite Things. I used the Christmas sentiment from the Lawn Fawn set "Winter Owl".  Perfect right?

Thank you so much for stopping by, and drop me a line if you have already gotten started on your Christmas cards!

Take Life One Sip At A Time

That's good advice isn't it? Sometimes that's all you can do, take life one sip at a time.  I had some fun in my craft room this weekend and created a card because I love playing with the new LLD Stay Cool stamp set with  matching  dies! Here is the card I made:
MFT Stay Cool and Donuts

I would have to say pink and aqua along with a splash of brown is probably one of my all time favorite color combinations. And it works especially well with a pink frosted donut! (My favorite kind.) I'm happy you stopped by, and I hope you get a chance to create something fun ASAP! Have a great day!
