To create my card I used the Wplus9 stamp set "Iconic Christmas" .This set is just so pretty! I stamped and fussy cut out the trees, and stamped the snow/stars background in a triangle shape. I didn't want to over-do it by stamping the pattern on the entire card. Now, one of my favorite things about this card is my embossed background! Creating it was a fluke...I was trying to die cut a piece of burlap ribbon, but my metal die just wasn't going to cut it. But, much to  my surprise, the burlap left a beautiful impression on one of my card stock "shimmies".  I was pretty excited!  So now if I want to emboss just the center of my card stock I will use my burlap ribbon!
