Season's Greetings!

dec23

I wanted to take this time to wish all of you a very Merry Christmas! May you have a season filled with love and family.

Today I am showing you a peek at two of the Stampin' Up Sale-A-Bration items that will be available Feb.1st. The items I am featuring are the cute banner stamp set, and the matching punch, each available with a $50 SU purchase starting Feb 1st. I stamped my banners using Gumball Green, Crumb Cake, and Cherry Cobbler new formula ink. *LOVE*  I also used the SU Top Note Die, and the Petals-A-Plenty embossing folder. I used Cherry Cobbler  Core'dinations, and Crumb Cake Card stock. I can't remember the last time I used only SU product on a card. LOL  Fear not, I love so many stamp companies, and will still be featuring cards made from all the companies that I love. ;)

Thank you for stopping by!

Flowers Are My Favorite!

dec22-1

Hello friends! My last post featured a card I created using the new ink formula from Stampin' Up! and red rubber stamps. Today I want to show you a card I created using the new formula SU ink pads and CLEAR stamps! They stamp beautifully! To create my card I used the Papertrey Ink stamp set Ruby Rose, one of my favorite floral sets. I love building blooms with this set. I stamped the flowers on my first card using Gumball Green, Baked Brown Sugar, Soft Sky, and Bermuda Bay.

dec22-2

For my second card I used Baked Brown Sugar, Pistachio Pudding, Crisp Cantaloupe, and Calypso Coral. I am so in love with these inks, and as you can see they stamp beautifully with rubber, or clear. I am offering a 10% on all SU ink pads purchases from my until Dec. 31st. You can visit my store here:

Thanks for visiting my blog  and have a great day!

A Sneak Peek!

SU3

You may surprised to know that as of recently I am a Stampin' Up Demo. I found myself not on any current design teams and thought I would update my ink pads using the demo discount. Truthfully, I hadn't even looked at a SU catalog since 2010 which was the last time I was a demo.  I signed up during the starter kit special in October. I got my box, thumbed through the catalog and was excited to see that SU was right along with a lot of the stamp trends out there. Now the thing that excites me the most about SU is the new ink pad formula. I was skeptical, but after using the ink with clear and rubber stamps, I will be replacing ALL of my ink pads with the new formula. It is amazing...seriously!

The card I have to show you today was created using brand new stamps that have not been released yet, but will be available Jan. 1st when the Occasions Mini Catalog goes live. I used Baked Brown Sugar and the new wood grain background stamp, and a new floral set that I stamped using Early Espresso. I stamped the flowers using Stippled Blossoms which is available in the current catalog. I added a silver frame, and machine stitching to finish off my card.

I am happy you stopped by, and if you would like to try out the new SU ink for yourself, I am offering a 10% discount on all SU Ink purchases from now until Dec. 31st. You can visit my SU website here:

Framed Christmas Greetings

DEC16

Today I have a fairly simple card to show you using Avery Elle stamps. I double stamped the wreath in two shades of green to give it a little extra added dimension. The beautiful ornate frame is by Crate Paper.  I am happy you stopped by and I hope you have a happy Monday!

Geometric Christmas Greetings

TTJoy

Hello hello! Today I have a card to show you featuring stamps from Technique Tuesday. I was trying to achieve a stained glass look on this card. I used Copic and Promarkers to color the image, and then applied Crackle Glaze by Ranger Ink and let it set up over night. I stamped the sentiments and added a machine stitched border around my card. I'm glad you stopped by and I hope you have a great weekend!

Keeping It Simple

pp1

Today I went a little outside of my comfort zone and used a non stamped image as my focal point. The poinsettia and greenery centerpiece is from the Pink Paislee Snow Village collection. The music bar, and stamped Christmas sentiment are the stamps also from the Snow Village collection. I added a little bit of cream twine to finish off my card. What do ya think?

Thank you for stopping by and have a wonderful day!

Noel

TTNoel

Hello friends. Today I have a card to show you that I created using stamps from Technique Tuesday stamp set "Trendy Trees".  I paper pieced the trees using patterned paper from Lawn Fawn, and Echo Park. I kept my card clean and simple because I am playing along with this weeks CAS-ual Fridays Challenge. It has been a LONG time since I joined in on the fun!

I used 8 design elements to create my card!

1.) tree stamp with dashes
2.) tree stamp with rectangle pattern
3.) Noel stamp
4.) dotted patterned paper
5.) green multi hue patterned paper
6.) machine stitching
7.) red chevron ribbon
8.) Linen/Canvas impression plate from PTI

I hope you like my card, and I hope you have a wonderful week. Thanks for stopping by!
