Giving Thanks For You

 

I recently posted an "ISO - In search of " on Facebook and my friend Tracie Pond - Creations For Kindness answered my call and promptly sent me the adorable set by Simon Says Stamp - Giving Thanks. I couldn't wait to play!

 

 

 

The beautiful Autumn colors we have right now, and the abundance of gray squirrels gathering acorns for winter are what inspired my card.  I want to add that the ribbon is supposed to be "wonky". haha. Making The Holidays Sparkle With MFT

 

 

 

I'm here to share a card I created with no particular challenge in mind. I just wanted to play! I recently ordered the MFT "Sparkle" card stock colors in gold, silver and copper and I am totally in love! I used Silver Sparkle card stock to die-cut my stars. It is so shiny! I enjoyed making this card, but flowers are always my favorite thing to stamp! To give my flowers a bit of dimension I inked them up then spritzed with water before stamping. Easy! I hope you will play  along with us this week at the MFT Color Challenge! Thanks for stopping by!
