Fun Friday With Your Next Stamp - Merry Little Christmas

Hello and welcome to Fun Friday with YNS! This month our theme is "Home-made gifts".  I decided to showcase two very cute YNS dies, the Small Postcard die, and the Large Postcard die and stamp set. I used the small postcard as a tag! The circle tag stamp is from the "Christmas Carol Circle Stamps" set. The holly sprig is from the "Holiday Postage set". I created a card to go along with my gift bag:

To create my card I used the stamp set from Technique Tuesday "Always Adore".  My patterned paper is from BasicGrey. I kept this card clean and simple, and I LOVE the vanilla burlap in the background! I finished off my card with a little clothespin that I picked up at Hobby Lobby.  Thank you for visiting my blog today and I hope you will play along with the PDCC!

The Craft's Meow Holiday Card Blog Hop!

   We have gathered together today to bring you a blog hop FULL of Christmas card inspiration!  Since I am a "Z", I am your last stop on the hop. (That darn Z, lol)  You should have arrived here from Sharri's Blog.  I have seen a peek of what the other design team members created for the hop and I hope you have been inspired as I was by the fantastic creations they made! To create my card I used one of my favorite sets from our October Release:  Hearth and Home.

    
        
  I stamped the bells multiple times to create a border and I colored them with Copic and Promarkers. The patterned paper is by LilyBee Designs.  I used DMC floss to string my buttons and attached them to the card using glue dots. I just love using lots of buttons! I finished the card by stamping the sentiment, and rounding the corners.  If you started at the beginning of the hop then I am your last stop but if you are just  now joining us you can click HERE to start at the beginning. Cloud9 November Blog Hop - Good Tidings

  Today, I am happy to be playing along with the Cloud9 November blog hop! The inspiration picture is a beauty, and I couldn't wait to make a card using it! Here is the picture:

  To make my card is used the Wplus9 set "Iconic Christmas". The pattterned paper is some of my all time favorite patterned paper that I have had for a couple of years by "The Girls Paperie". Isn't is just perfect?! I enjoyed making a Christmas card using colors other then green and red. Now don't get me wrong I love tradition, but a change of pace is always nice to.  I'm glad you stopped by today and I hope you have a great day!

Here is what I created for today's hop!

  I LOVE this snowman!! I used "Winter Smiles Robin" to create my card! The little sprigs of holly are from the new YNS "Mini Branch Die. Isn't it just the cutest? I placed a glue dot in the center and placed 4 sprigs on each side. I added a small red satin bow, and a button an top.  The white picket fence in the background is also a die from YNS and can be found here:  YNS Fence Die. I cyt it out and them embossed it with a wood grain embossing folder. The patterned paper is by Echo Park. I hope you like my card!

A Thankful Heart

     I have much to be thankful for, but honestly the past month has been difficult. My youngest (almost 2 years old) goes in early Wed. morning for a pretty extensive dental surgery and will be going under general anstesia. I am scared, but I know he is in capable hands, and all will be fine when it is over. But, still a Mother's heart is so full of worry when it comes to our little ones, and worry has pretty much consumed my life for the past month. Anyways, crafting time has been a GREAT help these past few weeks, and I am very thankful that I have a hobby that can be so theraputic. 

   Ok, now onto my card!!   I have a Fall Inspired card to show you today using some of my favorite stamps from Wplus9, "Pretty Patches: Pumpkin".  I stamped the pumpkins using SU Pumpkin Pie ink, cut them out (I don't have the matching dies), and built a nice pile o'pumpkins. My frame is from the PTI die set "Fabulous Frames". The patterned paper is from Echo Park. I also want to show you a picture of my pretty Fall Mums in the front of my house. Fall makes me happy!

Gingham Style

      I actually had a bit of down time, (more like a self imposed crafting therapy session) and created a fun Christmas card using some of my favorite stamps!!  The gingham squares are from the Wplus9 set "Country Charm". The pinecone tree branch is from the new PTI set "Peaceful Pinecone", and the sentiment from one of my favorite PTI sets "Holiday Photo Finishers".  Today I am playing along with a couple of challenges: CAS-ual Fridays

 Hello friends! Today I have a card, and tags that I created for this weeks Fun Friday with YNS! Our theme for the month of November is Gifts, and Cards.  Today my projects use two of our new "Cory Designs" stamp sets the super cute set "Snow Fun" and "Believe In The Magic".    The book mark tags were created using our Book Mark/Tag  metal die set. So much fun!
