This is what I created using this weeks color story, and my super fun SRM sticker package!

    My card features, stitching borders, the banner, and the thank you sentiments all by SRM Stickers! I created my huge flower using a cutting file by Lori Whitlock. I hope you will play along with this week, and I am happy you stopped by!

Avery Elle - Good Fortune

Yikes, I'm late in getting this up, sorry! Today is my last card as the Avery Elle February Guest Designer. I have had a wonderful time, and I look forward to seeing what Avery Elle has in store for us in the up-coming year. I know it will be more fabulous stamp sets!

  To create my card I used the set "Good Fortune". I love it when you can use a stamp set in fun, and different ways, and that is what I did with this one. Here is the stamp set so that you can see the stamps I used:

I used the triangle to create multi-color star shaped designs using several different colors of pigment ink, Fresh Ink and A Muse Studio. I stamped a simple Birthday sentiment from the same set. I added matching twine from The Twinery, and buttons from Oriental Trading. I love this bright, fun card. Thank you so much for all of the wonderful comments this month guesting with Avery Elle. Saturday Morning Sunshine - New Stamps!

    Finally a morning  with sunshine, and that makes me so happy! Yesterday my mailbox was flooded with new stamps, (I love it when that happens!) and today I couldn't wait to play with my new PTI goodies! To create my card I used "Cutting Garden" and the matching dies. I probably missed this bit of info during the release, but I was very happily surprised to find the flower , and stem and flower dies to be open face like Spellbinders! This made stamping and cutting out SO much easier!  I used Stampin Up ink to stamp my blooms, and Mojito, by Fresh Ink to stamp the leaves. My card base is PTI Smokey Shadow, and the woodgrain layer Rustic White,also from PTI.   I am happy you stopped by, and I hope you have a great weekend!

Fun Friday With Your Next Stamp - The Great Outdoors!

  Hello and Happy Friday! Today I am joining in on this weeks YNS Fun Friday, and our theme this month is "Vacation Getaway". So I thought I would create a card with one of my favorite vacation activities....camping!!  To create this card I used the YNS "The Great Outdoors".  Check out this adorable set!

The Craft's Meow February Release Blog Hop!

   To create my card I used "Soaring High" by Nina B Design,which is FREE this month with a $50 purchase! Here is the full set:

                   I can't begin to tell you how much I LOVE this set! The font, and the beautiful birds. sigh.

   I stamped one of the large doves using Latte pigment ink from A Muse Studio. I stamped the sentiment over it using Early Espresso by SU. I distressed the edges with more Lattte. and added a machine stitched border. I added twine, and a wooden button. Finally I mounted the top layer on woodgrain card stock by Core'dinations.
   
    I kept this card CAS, because the sentiment is just so pretty, and can stand alone by itself, along with a faintly stamped eagle.  I hope you like my card!  If you started the hop from the beginning then thank you so much for hopping with us today! The Play Date Cafe # 170 - Wishing You

Hello and welcome to The Play Date Cafe Challenge # 170. Today we have a fabulous color story for you!

Denim...Buttercream...Stone

Here is the card I created using this weeks color story!

To create my card I printed a heart onto copy paper, paper pierced the holes, and used the template to pierce the holes onto my card stock. I stitched the heart using Denim twine from The Twinery. The sentiment inside the heart is from the PTI set "Purls of Wisdom", and the thread bobbin that I wrapped with Buttercream twine is from the PTI set "Hanging By a Thread". I hope you like my card! Avery Elle: Oh Baby!

    Hello friends! I am happy to be joining the Avery Elle Design Team as the February Guest Designer! It has been a pleasure working with Jamie, and the rest of the super talented team. Today I am excited to show you a card I created using the adorable set "Oh Baby".

Here is my card!!

I kept this light and springy using pigment ink from A Muse Studio. I stamped "welcome" many times, and stamped the larger "baby"sentiment in black using Onyx Black Versafine.  I finished off my card with a strip of square gems, and a pretty pink bow! The Craft's Meow February Release Preview Day #4

     Hi! Welcome to day #4 of The Craft's Meow February Release Preview! Today we are giving you a peak at two beautiful stamp sets.
"Soaring High" designed by Nina B, and " Rejoice" designed by Kaitlyn Ord Long. These sets are so beautiful! Here is the card I created for today's peak!

    

   I truly love this card. If you look closely you will see that I stamped "faith" and "grace" behind the  main sentiment using Latte pigment ink from A.S. I heat embossed the dove in white and to give it an extra pop I used kraft card stock as my base. Happy Valentine's Day

Today I was going thru several boxes of cards I have made, and came across a box of cards that were submission rejects. But, even though they were never picked up  I still wanted to give them a little bit of love.  It is Valentine's Day after all!

For the card above I used a stamp from the SU set Greetings Galore.

                                         I used a super cute Changito the Monkey stamp from Stampendous to create this card.

And finally, I used the A Muse Studio stamp set "Quick and Cute Valentine's".
